High-speed hard milling mold, because can get better surface quality and significantly shorter processing times, shorter production processes and lower processing costs and get more and more widely used. When the high-speed hard milling mold for better achieve these results, it should follow the following principles:
Tool overhang should be as short as possible, and in hot charging cold shrink toolholder shank tool clamping length should be long enough.
Climb milling mode should be used in order to improve the tool life (at least 20%) and to obtain better surface quality.
Runout error mills should be as small as possible.
We should abandon the wet processing, as far as possible the use of compressed air to blow debris refrigeration and cooling tools.
We should use the appropriate speed and feed speed according to the mold material, hardness and processing conditions.
It should be removed as much of the material roughing margin is about 0.05 mm from finishing allowance, replacing the semi-intensive milling process to shorten the production process.
