In cutting, there is the use of cutting fluid two issues, namely the use phase and waste processing stage will produce carbon dioxide and other harmful gases, from an environmental point of view, great harm. Therefore, we should as far as possible to control the use of cutting fluids and emissions, for which the industrialized countries are vigorously developing the dry and semi-dry processing technology. Here we focus on semi-dry processing technology.
Semi-dry machining system consists of hardware and software technology of two parts, hardware technologies including: spindle and table and other mechanical equipment, semi-dry machining liquid fog spray for devices, fog recovery, chip processing device and used tools and the like; software technologies include: setting the optimal processing conditions and means of processing status monitoring, hardware technology and software technology must be highly complex, integrated.
