CHARACTERISTICS
Hard alloy material: The blade is made of hard alloy embedded welding, with high wear resistance and hardness, suitable for processing hard wood such as small leaf rosewood, ebony, etc.
Fine tooth design: The fine tooth structure does not burn, paste, or blacken, making it suitable for processing different materials such as hardwood and cork, with excellent processing effects.
Reusable: The hard alloy fine tooth Buddha bead knife can be ground and reused, reducing the cost of use.
2、 Specification and model
Common specifications: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, etc.
Application scenario: Different specifications of Buddha bead knives are suitable for processing Buddha beads of different diameters, and users can choose the appropriate specifications according to their needs.
3、 Usage method
Equipment selection: The Buddha bead knife is specifically designed for use on drilling machines and Buddha bead machines, so that the beads produced will be round and not deviate. Do not use it on handheld drills.
Adjust the drill core: Before use, adjust the drill core to ensure that it is concentric with the spindle, avoiding eccentricity that may cause the beads to be out of circle or the tool to be damaged.
Speed control: Adjust the speed according to the diameter of the beads. For example, if the diameter is over 15mm, the recommended speed is 1500-2500 revolutions per minute, and if the diameter is over 22mm, the recommended speed is 800-1500 revolutions per minute.
Board requirements: The thickness of the board should be 1mm larger than the diameter of the cutting tool, and the surface should be flat to avoid board shaking and processing failure.
Secure clamping: The tool clamping should be firm, and the chuck of the locking table drill should be aligned with the center during clamping to ensure accurate tool position.
4、 Purchase suggestions
Choose cutting tools based on the hardness of the wood:
High speed steel cutting tools: suitable for situations where the bead material is soft and the production volume is not large.
Hard alloy cutting tools: suitable for situations with large production volume and high wood hardness, with extremely high durability but high price.
Pay attention to tool specifications: Choose the appropriate specifications based on the size of the Buddha beads needed to ensure the machining effect.
Pay attention to tool maintenance: Grinding hard alloy tools can be time-consuming. It is recommended to choose imported oilstone to sharpen the cutting edge and extend the tool life.
5、 Precautions
Avoid strong impact: Hard alloys have brittleness, so it is necessary to avoid strong impact on the cutting tools during use.
Regular tool inspection: Check the wear of the tool before use and replace severely worn tools in a timely manner.
Safe operation: Wear protective equipment during operation to avoid injury caused by tool splashing or breakage.
